Adding/Removing color from headers on one page

How can I add or remove the background color from the header section on just one page of my website.

Example: 

I have a navy blue header background on all my pages but I want to have a white header background on my home page only. 

How can I change this? 

Can you send us a link to your site and let us know which page you want to change the color of?

@ChromaticZero My page is unpublished and so only contributors can view the website? I can Screen shot the page for you and attach it below. 

For this page I need to remove the Blue header color so it's just white

Can you go to Home > Settings > Site Availability and open it up to viewers by setting a password? It would be much easier for me to provide you a solution if I can see the site.

Change the #collection ID to the page you want.

I think you will have a problem if you want to see the logo and the nav?
