Cannot send an automated mail when I use recaptcha

The automated mail after subscription does not work when I use recaptcha instead of mail verification on news letter form. How can I solve this problem?

※I can send automated campaign after a subscriber joins a mailing list when I use both confirmation email and google reCAPTHA. However, I can't do so only with google reCAPCHA even though a subscriber is on a mailing list.

Is there any movement on this issue? I'm having the same challenge. Thank you!

Any updates, same issue here. I can send the automated email if I use the confirmation email. When I use the reCAPCHA the automated email does not work.
