Creating Different Blog Page Styles

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know how to apply different blog styles to different pages on the same site?

Squarespace says they prevent this to create a consistent look across the site.

Im using the Farro (Haute) template and one of my pages has text header backgrounds. The other has images.

The text background pages look best with the 'packed' blog list style. The Image backgrounds look best with 'feature'.

Is there a way to have them apply separately to both?

No, you can think about using blog summary pages, one for images, one for other content. You can design a summary in a grid, wall , carousel etc. It is quite versatile, then you put the blog itself in the unlinked section. Ultimately the summary is a preview of the actual blog post. But it does allow you to create a unige look for various posts.
