How do i set the size of my video in the gallery? (Avenue Template)

Hi Guys,

When i embedded my video from Vimeo to my gallery, the video appears to be really big. 

I am using Avenue. My galleries are inside an index. 

Does anyone knows how can i set the size for my video to a smaller size? 

You should be able to shrink the video with spacers on each side with a video block on a layout page or blog post. On a gallery page, I don't know why it is so large, are you using a custom thumbnail?.  

I have Youtube videos and they are the right size, same as the images.  but I also have text on the side of the stack.  Vevo videos also size correctly, I have one in a blog post.

Your index thumbnails had me wondering how you made a slideshow when that is not an option. Very nice use of gifs. 

Avenue gallery pages, the images and videos always stack when viewed from the index thumbnails. I use Avenue myself.  I am working on this, I suspect I will want to embed vimeo videos in the near future and I would like them to be the right size.

My research has found that when embedding Vimeo, do not use the embed url or the embed code, copy the url from the browser bar and use it to embed for it to behave correctly.
