CSS for a Background

Hello, 
i have also a question:

I was using this code: 

#collection-6283b68a61c1e23a26eeaae6
{
  background-image: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5c29ec1655b02c783a5f02a1/t/6283a7c97206a67997c348f2/1652795340784/Claudia+Boot+Tour+14.jpg)
}

 

but I still see a color overlay (blue). On the bottom I see that the photo is behind that blue color overlay. How do I get rid of the color overlay without making text and everything transparent? As Info the Collection block is the side block. 

Can someone help me?
