Are you looking to have these rotate automatically, or allow the user to click left/right to scroll through them?

If it's the latter, there's a great tutorial on how to set this up by Paige Brunton (https://paigebrunton.com/blog/sauarespace-rotating-testimonials).
It's a work-around using an image gallery and a bit of setup, but I think it's quite effective.

rachelt's site doesn't support Gallery Page, Gallery Block :(
