Rally - Adjusting padding / blog page

Hello,

I am using the Rally template and I need the tags from the blog to be displayed.

I can’t find a way to adjust the padding on that page so the text ‘Posts tagged’ (see attached image) doesn’t overlap.

Does anyone know if there is a way that the text ‘Posts tagged’ can be displayed above the thumbnail rather than on the top of it please?
