Multiple subscriptions per customer

Is it possible to set up a subscription system that allows a customer to create and manage multiple unique subscriptions, or would they have to create a new account for each?

For example

Subscription 1 contains:

• Product A, Variant 1
• Product B, Variant 1
• Product C, Variant 2

Subscription 2 contains:

• Product B, Variant 1
• Product C, Variant 1
• Product D, Variant 1
