How can i combine Image block + Inline Caption Overlay Padding ?

Hello! i am using using the image block specifically as i am using the inline Caption Overlay on Hover.

i am changing the padding using this css:

.sqs-block.image-block {
 padding: 5px 10px 15px 0px;
}

Now the padding of the caption overlay is not matching the image padding

how can i fix it?
