Removing blue border that appears when inline image block is clicked on

@fuchsiapowers I don't recommend removing these borders, as you will be disadvantaging visitors with disabilities.

You may not know this but the border (usually blue) is an accessibility feature for visitors with disabilities. As they tab through clickable elements on a web page, the browser adds the border so they know which element has focus.
