How to defer parsing common-e20e84229bae737cf39e8-min.en-US.js in SquareSpace?

You can't defer the built-in Squarespace scripts. However, the following articles may be useful to anyone who is trying to improve their site's speed:

This recommendation is not one that you can follow. It’s not a ‘problem’, it’s just the way Squarespace works. Generic page speed tests won’t know that this Squarespace-specific file must load in this way.

This is a "problem" if this is the way SquareSpace works and site visitors are backing out of a site due to load times. It's no longer a "problem" if we are able to rectify the way SquareSpace handles javascript. I also just did a check on my client's site and got the same score regarding the parsing of JavaScript on his SquareSpace site.
