paul2009
You can't defer the built-in Squarespace scripts. paul2009
This recommendation is not one that you can follow. It’s not a ‘problem’, it’s just the way Squarespace works. Generic page speed tests won’t know that this Squarespace-specific file must load in this way. About: SQSP User for 17 yrs. Circle Leader since 2017. MJackson
This is a "problem" if this is the way SquareSpace works and site visitors are backing out of a site due to load times. It's no longer a "problem" if we are able to rectify the way SquareSpace handles javascript. I also just did a check on my client's site and got the same score regarding the parsing of JavaScript on his SquareSpace site. Link to comment
Amanda1111
I'm having this same issue with my Javascript. Has anyone come up with a solution? Link to comment
