Reduce spacing in between my photo and text

I need help reducing the spacing in between the photos and text on my home page. I also need help adding spaces in between the options on the drop down menu from the navigation. 

Can you share the password you set to view the site? I'll take a look at the photo spacing issue.

Adding this to under Design -> Custom CSS should give you more space between the menu items.
