Cover pages- can an extra text block be added?

In Cover Page, I would like to add an extra text block, so I can format the page more?
Is this possible via code does anyone know?

It seems complicated.

You can create normal page, then use CSS to remove header/footer. It will be easier.

If you want to do this, create page first, then share url, we can check & give exactly code to remove header/footer
