One website, One paid Squarespace domain..

I bought a SS website, then purchased a SS domain. For some reason the domain was not connected to the website and seems to be an entirely different site with a landing page. I was trying to create the domain for the website, not a separate website. Then I was trying to figure out how to transfer the purchased domain to the purchased website, to no avail. I read though responses to similar issues on here and a few say to contact support. Ive tried to go through “Contact Us” several times, and only the topic, and subject appear but the description box pops up than instantly disappears.. leaving me with no way to contact support. Can anyone advise?
