How can I change the bottom banner text colour without affecting the top in Mojave?

Question

Site URL: http://www.adsworth.uk

So I'm using the Mojave preset.

In my 'Our Services' page, I have a top banner and a bottom banner.

The top text should be white to contrast the dark image beneath it.

But the bottom text should be black to contrast the light image beneath it.

Every time I change one, the other changes.

How can I alter one only? I feel like it will require header code injections, but I am not familiar with coding languages or practices.
