Image not coming up on Homepage for Page-Title

Hi, I just added a new page to my 'Work' section. I'm using the Avenue template. I want the first image from the content in the page to show up in the title on the home page like the other ones (which were templates). Any ideas on how to do this? Please see the image for example, looking for the bottom left to have an image like the others.
