How do I add an aggregate rating to my site?

I have a blog and I review some products on it. I want to add a star rating system so that I can place it in the review suggesting how good I think the product is. 

I am getting dinged (according to SEMrush) for not having an aggregate rating on these pages. Is what I want to do the same thing as an aggregate rating? I've been googling the topic but I still don't fully understand as this is my first website. 

Also, is there a way that I can place my star review, and then below it allow users to vote on the product so that readers can see my suggested rating, and then what other readers believe the products rating should be?
