Template for full screen scrolling effect

Hi Squarespace Community,

I'm just about to start to design a new website. At the moment I'm looking for the right template. I have two sites as inspirations. Can you recommend any Squarespace templates as a good base to start? This are the design inspirations (especially the scrolling features are interesting):

First is a Unified Layer custom built site. 

Second one is Wordpress using the nourisheats theme. 

There is nothing that matches this on Squarespace, but there are other unique and interesting templates. Brine is good, uses vertical  parallax scrolling, and makes one big long page. Momentem is another very unique and good template, with horizontal page scrolling.
