HOW DO I ADD A HYPERLINK ON THE HOME TAB TO LINK TO THE SAME PAGE?

Hi there,

in the first picture (welcome page) if i click on the welcome button it's working perfectly.

If I click on the home tab (second picture) it takes me back to the welcome page (first picture), but I don't want that. I'd like that the home tab would take me on the same page. Instead, just the logo should take me back to the welcome page.
