Disable or Control Resizing BG Parallax (Brine)

Heya all,

I'm trying to achieve a look, and I've been failing quite a bit. I was wondering if anyone knew of a solution or a code injection that will get my (future) video and png below always aligned.

The bottom PNG seems to be growing out of control, even though it's the same width as the top.
