Can I use the current template of squarespace.com?

It may be a bit greedy, but is it possible to use for my project the current template of the squarespace.com? If yes, what is the name of the template group so that I can finally find it?

Another question: For all of the templates I reviewed, there were no submenus set up. Are the submenus available for all template groups or only for some of them or do I have to code in CSS to create them myself?

For your information, I plan to use business plan.
