Code for a fixed secondary header

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can add a secondary header that is fixed in place. I need it on two of my pages. I want it to stay at the top of the page when scrolling so the clickable options are always available. It's the navy text section on my page. I hope that makes sense.

(Third party coding features such as the Code Block and Code Injection area on a site are premium features and unavailable on the Personal plan.)

Otherwise, does anyone know of another way to do what I want.

This template doesn't support Secondary Header.
