Multiple Index Scroll Indicator Arrow

Hello All,

I've been trying to figure out how to emulate the index scroll indicator arrow on the top section of the page (link below) instead of having a button on different section of the same cover page. Is there any way to have multiple index scroll indicator arrow in one index page and replace the other two buttons with the same arrow? Was going for uniformity.

- What We Do (has an arrow indicator)
- Products (have a button - want to emulate the arrow)
- Who We Are (have a button - want to emulate the arrow)

Not sure if there's a way to do this and a guidance/help would be appreciated.
