How to stop navigation reloading on each page - using Maple Inn template

I am working on the Maple Inn template (Brine family) and although the demo has a constant navigation bar, the template reloads the navigation bar and logo every time you click into a new page. How can I stop this please? Appreciate any help on this. Thank you.
