Logo image file not uploading

Hi there,

I'm having trouble uploading my image file for the logo on my page.

I've tried to upload several files and the error 'file processing failed' keeps returning.

The logo files are .png and under 3MB

Can anyone help?

I am also having this issue...has there been any resolution?

I am also having this issue but with gallery images. I've tried different file formats and sizes. I've even tried using the search feature and choosing one of the Unsplash images, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Similar issues happening, currently waiting for someone to respond to my ticket about it.

Update: Was told the issue is associated with broader connectivity problems they're trying to resolve. We'll see...

I have managed to upload my images now so may have recently been resolved?

I got it to work by resizing/compressing the picture to be a much smaller file size!

Having this problem with multiple file types and sizes...

having this issue, squarespace still hasnt fixed it in more than a year.

Like half the other issues they have.

I do not seem to be able to upload images today either. Gives a processing error in both Chrome and Safari. 

Hi, I currently have a client having the same issue. She can't upload images as individual images or gallery. In Chrome, Safari and tried incognito windows. Has this been addressed yet?

I haven't been able to upload a logo for over a month now and I'm getting the same messages as everyone else - does anyone have a solution that works for them? I've tried every browser and incognito tabs.

Hey all!

I've only had this issue with logos, favicons, banners, etc.

There is a VERY simple fix: your file size is too large. Since these are embedded images meant for sharing or (as with favicon) to appear in your tab, they need to be super dooper small, and you probably want them in 72 dpi.

Just RESIZE!
