Resources during the COVID-19 Pandemic

We hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe. We understand the tremendous challenges the COVID-19 pandemic is bringing to people and small businesses across the world. As this unprecedented crisis continues to unfold, we're focused on finding ways to support Squarespace customers. 

More ways to help you sell online

We’ve made some temporary changes to products, including expanding the ability to sell digital gift cards on all plans that include Commerce until September 1st, 2020. With gift cards, customers can support your business, even when they can’t visit your location in person. To learn more, visit the Selling gift cards guide.

If you sell subscription products, you can now delay renewal payments for customers. Changing a subscription renewal date doesn't send an email notification, but you can follow up with the customer personally. Note that customers can't currently pause their own subscriptions.

We’re here to help

In these uncertain times for the global economy, we’re doing everything we can to support our customers. If you need help with your subscription or a payment, need to put your account on hold or cancel, or want to extend your trial, submit a request using this form.
