How do i trigger a video to start playing on hover. Index page banner on a parallax template

Hi there, I need some help. 

Does anyone know if there is a way to trigger video playback on hover on a banner image using the brine parallax template on squarespace?

Happy to do code injections/css if I need to.

I'm just not sure how to go about it, the tricky thing about this whole set up is that the image/videos will be sitting in a parallax banner. 

The page on my website that I want this to happen is the projects page.
