We previously had a bluehost hosted website with a godaddy domain and gmail. As we moved from bluehost to Squarespace, our domain and new (unfinished) site works well. We have not been receiving mail through gmail recently. I am trying to remember if there is a step or a directing of something that I forgot to do? I thought since it was staying gmail that would have taken care of itself. Trying to make sure that our email problem does not have anything to do with moving the site. Thank you! Link to comment
paul2009 Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 I checked and your DNS records are correctly configured for Gmail, and the email address is valid. derricksrandomviews Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 If you had a form or contact button on your old site that sent mail to your gmail, make sure you have your new site set up properly to do that as well. Link to comment
