Permissions required for Point of Sale in Commerce App

I am creating individual user accounts in our Squarespace site for using the Commerce App for Point of Sale.

The Squarespace Commerce documentation states that a user must have "Admin"' OR "Store Manager" permissions in Squarespace in order make the "Sell Now" button (to enter Point of Sale mode) appear on the Orders screen.  However, I have found that user must be both "Store Manager" AND "Admin" (not OR) for Sell Now to appear, which is not necessarily what we want (i.e., many Squarespace Admins).

Am I missing something, or is this how it is supposed to work?  If the latter, then the documentation should be updated.
