therealtallboy
Site URL: https://www.therealtallboy.com/ Hello, I've been working on my website's SEO and have utilized several website audit sites to give me insight into how I'm doing. The problem is that these sites are counting either old URL's or old pages, leading to "Critical Errors" with my SEO audits, and I worry that Google is also counting them as well. An example of a URL these sites are counting would be: [ https://www.therealtallboy.com/contacts ] which I haven't used in some time. I've hidden several Galleries and unused pages from search results as well, since they were also being counted despite not being "enabled" on Squarespace, but I'm not sure those actions have been enough. Is it possible that this is due to Google Console not being as up-to-date due to everything going on? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. Link to comment
WiseDogDesign
Hi therealtallboy, there is some code you can drop into pages that you don't want to be crawled. Not sure if this only works for search engines or all testing sites. I'm sure there is a circle member or two that can offer some help. Link to comment
