Keep loosing template and/or will not format correctly....

Hello, I keep loosing my template format from within the spot where you pick which template that you want.  I can log on at random; any given time, and my account has los the complete design.  This is getting a bit old...

Also, this is an emergency situation, my web designer basically left me high and dry with no data, totally demolishing my website.  I will be posting a need for professional help for hire, but I wanted to also make it I known here that if you are experienced in nonprofit design to please message me - I would be more than appreciative.

I am brand new to the “community” so not sure what to post and where....
