Changing size of prev/next arrows in mobile view

Hi everyone,

i'm using the 7.1 Carmine Template and i would like to reduce the size of the next/prev product arrows at the bottom of the page only in the mobile view. (see the attached screenshot)

Generrally seaking i didn't find a way to modify the aspects of font, elements and so on in the mobile view. I remember that in the 7.0 version i was able to change some of these aspects. Have they disabled the ability to change these aspects?
