reduce top and button spacing in sections

Hi,

Can anyone help me reducing the space there is from the top of a section to where the first element as for example text is starting within this section? I find there is too much space.

What template are you using? I ask because settings are a bit different between 7.0, 7.1  Usually you change this in design site styles, size and values. Top padding, etc. There are a number of things you can adjust. The key to using site styles, while in set up go to the element you want to adjust first, then choose design/site/styes and then you can click on header, banner, tag line, top space and the menu on the left follows where you are, brings up the options. You may need to pull down a menu of options, there will be a small arrow like for fonts and title, sub title, etc.
