How do I vertically aligned blocks centre of the index all the time?

Hello Everyone! :) I have been trying to align these three blocks so they are vertically aligned to the centre of the index all the time (like the image second image (illustration)). However, I am having no luck whatsoever :(

It is okay looking on some screens when the page is full screen but most of the time it looks like the first image! Anyone know how to do this?
