Help Increasing Logo Size While Keeping Header Height Normal

Hi,

I'd like to increase the size of my logo while keeping the header height a regular/normal size. The logo is one that needs to be large in order for it to be readable but I don't want my header to then be really tall.

I'd like the header to look similar to the one below

You should be able to use design site styles to size your logo. The slider for logo size only goes so big, if not big enough type in the size you want.
