Changing Aspect Ratio of Banner Video for Mobile

My banner video plays normally on desktop but when viewed on mobile there is a crop on both sides of the screen. Does anyone have an idea on how i can make it conform to mobile (scale to fit screen size) instead of cropping it out? Or is it possible to have 2 different videos for mobile and desktop view.

Hi Everyone I don't know if my way is the right way, still in the process of changing my website. I'm not yet online with the website, but wanted to share my inside regarding this topic. 

I just created a new project in my edit software, format vertical en copied my banner video in this format. I changed in the edit the color of the background into the color of the website. I imported the video and for some reason it works.
