Adding a CAF donation widget onto page

Hi, I'm trying to add a CAF donation widget onto a page on my squarespace site (https://abneypark.org/donations). This is the code generated that I'm supposed to be able to embed on the page - but it doesn't display:

Do I need to do anything to this for a Squarespace page to accept the code?

Add Code Block > Paste all code (DO NOT CHECK Display Source)

and you need a Business Plan or higher.
