Showing/Hiding an index page with a button click

Hi everyone,

Just doing the final touches to my site. In a bid to streamline my site and hide some of the heavy reading material I have had a thought - I would like to have a button on one of my index pages which, when clicked, then displays (and makes visible) the succeeding page in that index. And again, on a second click this page then hides itself - kind of like a markdown block but just with a whole page! Any ideas how this could be done?

I have experimented with the #PAGE {display: none} etc but haven't worked out how to trigger these commands with a button. The template I'm currently using is Stella although I have already tweaked it a fair bit with codes.

Hope I can get an answer for this - it's been driving me mad lately trying to work it out.
