Change blog post date to include year

Is this really not possible without adding JS? I'm evaluating Squarespace, and this will be e dealbreaker to me.

You will need to make one change to replace the dateStyle 'long' with 'full' to show the day of the week.

I was able to add the year to my blog posts.  Is there a way to add the time of day it was posted as well? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello, 

I used the code snippet kindly provided by paul2009 and it works perfectly on article page. I was wondering if it was possible to also add the date of publication when using the search bar. 

Indeed, I add a search bar to my blog, but when I type a request there is no date in the results that come up. 

Is there a way i can show publication date in this display (see screenshot provided) ?
