Would love any advice on how to improve my website or add anything special.  Thank you so much

It needs a bit more "grab me" to it. You only have ten seconds to make a first impression on a website, after that if you don't have em they are off clicking somewhere else. Its very dark with way to much blank space, with the twitter feed running down the side. I know it sounds simple but people don't want to read they want to see and to hear when they get to a site. Something like a splash cover page, with a really bright photograph with one or two buttons to link to the main site would be a big help and easy to make I think. Browse thru them, one is sure to strike you. I  have a simple site that I built for myself but folks are intrigued when they get to it for the first time and they actually visit the pages. Take a look and see if the "grab me" works for you.
