Taking 'to-go' orders on merch page and paying upon arrival.

With the COVID-19 we had to shut down the brewery until further notice--EXCEPT for to-go, curbside beer sales. My goal is to;

Take orders online so I can prepare orders and then have the customer pay upon arrival. 

Is this possible? Thanks!

I have a similar problem but the one comment doesn't address it. I want individuals to be able to order online but not have to pay until they pick up in store. Anyone got an answer for that?
