Get rid of unwanted dashes in text box without it disrupting the formatting

I am trying to get rid of the dashes that have appeared in these boxes (see screen shot) without it then changing the formatting or size of the boxes. I think this might be a coding thing (I have no coding knowledge). Can anyone help?

Edit button text, remove dashes, 

then add this code to Home > Design > Custom CSS to set same width for all buttons
