Hi @otsports Sorry I posted the worng answer at first here is the correct answer. Please go to Home>Design>Custom Css and paste the following code.

#block-5a3604bc8ae8b38eacc9>div>p>a:hover{
 border-bottom:1px solid black; 
}

I will add a little effect on hover not that much , I tried adding few more effects but that wasn't looking so good , Hope it helps 🙂
