squarespace-server locally wont' access Cart Page

So I am currently trying to access the cart page and make some changes to the template.  Inside the template it shows the cart page and it appears to not be directly apart of the commerce feature.

When trying to access the /cart path I get the following error:

GET /cart -- 500
Unable to access this website. Please ensure you have an internet connection, and if necessary, use the --auth flag.

I already ran the squarespace-server with the --auth tag but still getting the same error.  Other pages load fine.  Even though the code is visible in the template's source code, is it not editable?
