Post disappeared

Hi,

I posted here yesterday and now my post was deleted...Is this forum monitored? I was looking for help on how to transfer my WP site hosted on Knownhost to Squarespace (domain is with Godaddy) and wondering how I would be able to keep my emails. 

Is this something not appropriate for this forum?

You can't actually transfer your site. You can build a new one and either transfer the domain or re-direct, point it, to  your new Squarespace site. The second option is the fastest, and best if you wish to keep your email addresses.
