I want a desktop "about" page and a mobile "about" page so BOTH look good. Could I do a "mobile only" redirect maybe to an unlinked page? An "upload this page on mobile only"?

Ok, so, on desktop, my about page looks great.  Not on mobile.  Couldn't I just create a new "unlinked" about page that loads only on mobile?  That way, I could have my desktop version of "about" and my mobile version of "about."

From what I am reading, I could build a page with blocks that look good on mobile and blocks that look good on desktop then hide those blocks with CSS depending on what device screen size is being used. 

But wouldn't it just be easier to do a mobile redirect somehow?
