Summary Carousel not displaying all items on mobile

Hello,

Having an issue where the summary carousel does not display all the items at mobile sizes. It seems to only show 3 (of 6 total) which is the same number set to display per row. It only seems to work properly when I set the display per row to 1, however I would still like for 3 to show when on desktop.
