Recommend template as a starting point to match linked site's style and layout

I am looking to redesign my website (https://adamfreunddesign.com/). I have found this website, which I really like https://snp.agency/en the overall design and layout of.

I would like recommendations for a template that would be a good starting point to achieve something like this website. Some features I am looking for include:

1) Left-aligned page title/logo and right aligned hamburger menu as options without custom changes to the template
2) Index pages, as is done on SNP and my website for a one-page site with different sections separated with different full-width background colors or images (Pacific, which I am currently using does this as well), where you can jump to a certain section.
3) I like that when the hamburger menu is opened, the navigation titles are right aligned. Being able to do this without custom work would be nice.
4) I like that the title/logo and the hamburger menu sticks to the top of the screen as you scroll down and that the color automatically changes to contract the background color.
5) I like that the section 
6) The ability to add parallax scrolling without any special work would be nice.
