This hasn't been answered because it isn't practical to achieve this on Product Pages. However, you may want to consider showing a selection of products using a Summary Block and then write some JavaScript to show the summary items in random order. Lazy Summaries (a paid add-on) will allow you to change the sort order easily without code.
