Help to make the navigation bar stick whilst scrolling

Hello, I have a site on the brine template and I am looking to get the navigation along the top to stick whilst you scroll through the site. Is anyone able to assist with this at all? 

Also bonus points if anyone is able to help with getting a phone number at the top of the navigation as well!

Hi Tuanphan, I don't believe I can as the website in itself isn't live just yet... Is there any other way I may be able to assist?
